Job Description: Medova Healthcare Financial Group, LLC – Wichita, KS 67203
The Receptionist provides a positive first impression to visitors and callers. Primary duties include answering and routing phones calls, greeting and directing visitors, and assisting with mail.
Essential Functions:
• Answer and direct phone calls for Medova Healthcare in a friendly, professional and accurate manner
• Greet visitors, notify staff, and assist the visitor in feeling comfortable as they wait
• Sort and distribute mail
• Generate reports, review for accuracy, and distribute appropriately
• Provide administrative and clerical support for other departments
• Ensure that common areas are tidied
• Abide by HIPAA regulations and other privacy policies at all times
• Maintain an exemplary attendance and tardiness record following established company guidelines
• Demonstrate ability to work well with other departments and all Medova staff members
• Complete other tasks, as assigned
