Customer Service Advocate- Net Pay Advance

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service while processing and responding to applications, inquiries, and complaints.
Strong understanding and application of general customer service principles and practices
Interpret customer inquiries and apply appropriate internal processes to meet customer needs
Communicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of communication
Respond clearly, effectively and with a sense of urgency to customer inquiries and/or concerns
Prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Exhibit flexibility with a positive attitude
Comprehensively meet the needs of each customer
Address and resolve customer complaints; direct unresolved issues to management
Process applications, forms, and customer paperwork as needed
Capable of analyzing, and interpreting documents and statements in a highly detailed manner
Perform customer verifications and assist in setting up new customer accounts
Direct requests and unresolved issues to management
Maintain and update customer accounts as needed
Maintain confidentiality
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
High school diploma or equivalent required
General knowledge of administrative procedures
Ability to easily type and navigate computer applications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time
Ability to wear a headset for long periods of time
Ability to adhere to set break schedules
Ability to comprehend and process multiple requests independently
Ability to reiterate requests, processes, and resolutions back to the customer
Bilingual abilities are a plus, but are not a requirement
