Role overview:
A customer service representative supports customers and sales reps by providing helpful information, answering questions, fulfilling order and responding to complaints. They are the front line of support and help to ensure full customer satisfaction. Attitude is Extremely important! Must love to help support customers with empathy and efficiency.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Happily and Proactively solve customer questions and issues
· Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
· Effectively address and resolve customer complaints
· Process customer orders, forms, applications and requests
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Maintain online ordering and customer service platforms
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent * Proven customer support experience * Basic knowledge of excel and computer functions * Communication skills – verbal and written * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with attention to detail and accuracy * Willingness and drive to make customers and coworkers happy – Zendesk knowledge helpful but not required
